Our fees cover a two-step process:

If you pay the Chapter 7 in full, we charge you $1975.00. This includes our file fee, credit counseling courses, and attorney fees. Some of our guests are able to pay this up front. Some of our guests are not able to do so.
Payment Plans are an Option as Well
If you want to make payments on our fees, we accept $375.00 down (costs), and we will accept payments of $75.00-$200.00 per month, interest-free, assuming someone signs a promissory note for you for 2k. Making payments to us will cost you a total of $2375.00 (with costs). It is more money to make payments to us, not because of interest, but because we have to hire extra people to account for these monthly payments. The payments themselves are interest-free!
