SMS Program

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to receive automated and non-automated text messages from LifeBack Law Firm regarding:

Consultation scheduling
Appointment confirmations and reminders
Case status updates
Requests for information or documentation
Customer service communications
Other important updates related to your legal matter

Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing legal services.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with LifeBack Law Firm. You may receive up to 4 text messages per month.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are determined by your mobile carrier and service plan.

Opting Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message, and no additional SMS messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
